Rams Online

**Important Message: Some Fall 2026 classes begin on August 17, while others may start later.**

Check your schedule in Self-Service and monitor Rams Online regularly for when your courses become available by accessing the My courses link at the top of the page.

If you are unsure about a course start date, please contact the college at 910-642-7141 for assistance.

Once your course opens, be sure to log in and complete the Enrollment Key Quiz (EKQ) in each class before the census or 10% date. The EKQ is used to verify attendance, and failure to complete it by the deadline may result in being dropped from the course.

**Locating your courses**

Note: your classes will not appear until the start date of the class.

**Password Reset**

Users who need assistance with their password should access the Account Setup / Password Reset page and follow the steps provided. If you have trouble setting up your account, resetting your password, or signing in, call (910) 642-7141 and ask to be transferred to the IT department.
